As I understand you describe “constitution” as as just rules by which the society operates be they written or not, not the actual legal documents.
With this description the US isn’t even a year old.
States are created by constitutions and laws
But aren’t the US laws get changed all the time? The US of 35 years ago is completely different from now. Even the US from a year ago is very much different.
Edit. I also disagree with your whole notion about the states, but it’s another question. I mean, by your definition the countries without a constitution do not exist.
Weren’t they occupied by the Italians and British in 1936-1945?

I mean its obviously fake. If we pretend it’s not fake, there must be a human behind it. Openai stuff won’t know your location and it’s certain(even before Snowden) there are agents watching conversations. So logically it’s some 3 letters.
But again it’s obviously fake.
That’s not how llm work, they don’t think, they are not intelligent(hence no i in llm), it’s just much bigger t9.
It is extremely unlikely though possible. Chatgpt having the address is not possible. Most likely it just never happened like most of the conversation screenshots we see on the Internet. So it’s either fake(likely) or a spy.
Openai is a US company so there are likely plenty of FBI, NSA, CIA staff watching the conversations that might be of interest, one of them could have been bored.

Whoever told you that you can’t, don’t believe them, they are probably being payed to say it. You could also pay for the book to support the author but most likely your money will not go to the author so don’t bother.

Well he’s not wrong. The decompression would be a problem though.
Likely because anyone who could tell about their strain is dead.
pressanykeynow@lemmy.worldto Lemmy.World Announcements@lemmy.world•Lemmy needs more donations1·13 days agoI mean we don’t need “some dude said” when we have the devs telling us themselves:
lemmy.ml hosting is only financed by donations via Opencollective. All other donations go exclusively to developer salaries.

You may not believe them but I don’t see why, it’s not like it costs a lot of money.
I think a more valid point against donations is from the other answer to my comment about devs presenting lemmy.ml as a kinda official instance or as a face of lemmy which is pretty bad for lemmy regardless of your political views.
Funny ideas but completely wrong. Contraceptives existed throughout the human history. And antibiotics were discovered a bit later than Haber dealt with overpopulation problem.
